I bought brand new from manufacturer 3 years ago. I have had a service contract on the unit since I bought it. It has the most recent software updates/upgrades installed, to my knowledge. I bought it to start vein treatments, but then I decided not to expand in that direction. I practiced with it about a dozen times (less than one hour total time). The cart was shipped separately from the ultrasound, and cracked during shipping. The cart cost $1000, but is included in this purchase at no additional charge. There is no VCR or printer.
